SITE ANALYTICS
You can change this at any time. Declining does not affect training.
Controller
The data controller is the operator of the Mic Drop project. Privacy contact: justqualitybuilds+support@gmail.com.
What we process
We do not run user accounts and we do not collect an email address or password.
On your device we store preferences locally (language, theme, session settings, selected beats and word packs, custom packs). That data does not leave the device.
Session audio recordings — if you use that feature — stay on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
Analytics (consent)
On the website we use PostHog for product events (for example choosing Flow or Battle). That helps us see which features work.
On the web, analytics starts only after you consent. You can withdraw consent at any time on this page or by declining the cookie banner.
In the native iOS and Android apps, analytics is used to improve the product and does not rely on browser cookies.
Crash reports
Production builds send crash reports to Sentry (device type, app version, stack trace) so we can fix bugs. We do not enable deliberate collection of personal data.
Cookies and browser storage
On the web we may store: analytics consent, language, theme, and session settings (localStorage / AsyncStorage equivalent).
If you accept analytics, PostHog may use cookies or localStorage to tell sessions apart. If you decline, we do not run that analytics.
Analytics cookies are not required for training. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
Sharing
We do not sell data. Processors that may handle technical data for us: PostHog (analytics, after web consent) and Sentry (crashes). The site may be hosted on Cloudflare Pages.
